Role Description The LIHTC Development Consultant serves as an advisor to affordable housing developers, providing objective leadership and technical expertise on low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) transactions. This role assists with complex 9% and 4% bond-financed LIHTC developments from early feasibility through application, award, and closing, exercising professional judgment with minimal oversight while managing client relationships and mentoring staff.
