Role Description The Product Business Analyst (BA) will play a vital role within the Product Management Team, specifically focusing on supporting our Student Behavior and Culture solutions. The BA will develop a product roadmap and prioritize activities based on technical needs, customer requests, and business input. The core responsibilities of this role are to drive product solutions based on business and customer needs, help move the product through development working in partnership with internal and external teams through the release and the tracking of key product and business metrics throughout its lifecycle. The BA will work with key business stakeholders analyzing, eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements, processes, and policies. Other BA responsibilities also include providing coordination of all activities pertaining to project planning, estimating, project status reporting, problem resolution, and collaboration with key stakeholders. - Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. - Prioritize product enhancements and feature requests based on technical feasibility, customer feedback, and business impact. - Cultivate, implement and maintain user requirements in coordination with engineering resources and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure software functionality is market ready and meets the needs of customers. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance teams, to drive product development initiatives from conception to release. - Gather and analyze data on customer needs, market trends, and business goals to inform product decisions and strategies. - Track key product metrics and performance indicators throughout the product lifecycle, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry. - Serve as a subject matter expert on the Case Management and Anonymous Tip Line products, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, presenting findings, progress updates, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. - Continuously monitor customer feedback channels, such as surveys, reviews, and support tickets, to identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. - Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams. - Solid understanding of product management principles and practices. Requirements - Experience with Agile software development philosophies and methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, etc.). - Experience running software development meetings and ceremonies. - Working within technical teams and managing results. - 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within K–12 or higher education systems. - Familiarity with specific SIS platforms (e.g., PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Clever and Classlink). - Experience in educational data privacy standards (e.g., FERPA compliance). - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Databricks or Power BI, is a plus. - Knowledge of law enforcement, public safety or K-12 industry is desirable but not required. Benefits - Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. - This position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. Physical Requirements - Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. - Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. - The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. - The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.

Role Description Establish and promote sustainable best practices for information sharing, reporting, and analytics that can be scaled among different business units within the Operations Division. - Provide consultative and hands-on reporting and analytics services for Vituity, quality programs, physician/practice management leadership, and other groups that interface with the Operations division. - Create reports, dashboards, and tools using various business intelligence (BI) platforms to be used by physician leaders and business partners.
