Job Requirements
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of home insurance policy coverage and claims adjudication
- Knowledge of residential construction procedures and restoration practices
- Experience handling structural building damage claims
- Valid AMF claims adjuster license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Sound judgment in claim settlement decisions
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Proficiency with XactAnalysis/Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, and Microsoft Office
