Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst

Prophix

• Architect, administer, and continuously optimize our revenue technology stack, including platforms across sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, conversation intelligence, and partner management to ensure seamless processes and accurate reporting • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, balancing speed, flexibility, and long-term maintainability across the revenue organization • Evaluate, select, and lead the technical implementation of emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve productivity, personalization, and decision-making across go-to-market functions • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and process specifications • Uphold data governance processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all revenue systems • Define and advance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness, delivering insights that inform strategic decision-making • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement to diagnose process inefficiencies and implement data-driven, system-oriented solutions • Stay current on trends in RevOps technology, automation, data infrastructure, and AI applications in go-to-market functions

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similarly technical go-to-market operations role
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including data models, automation, validation logic, and system configuration
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in reporting, data analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering quality outcomes under competing priorities
  • Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, with demonstrated experience working across Sales, Marketing, and other GTM stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in real time
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
  • Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
  • Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located

Role Description As a Solar & Energy Storage Estimator on our Development team, you’ll prepare detailed cost estimates and support the technical and financial evaluation of solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects, including augmentation strategies.
