Check out the latest Whatnot updates on our news and engineering blogs and join us as we enable anyone to turn their passion into a business and bring people together through commerce. 💻 Role - Own scheduling logistics across all teams and time zones — ensuring interviews are confirmed accurately and both candidates and interviewers have all necessary details. - Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling, proactively flag conflicts, and communicate updates clearly and promptly. - Leverage Ashby for scheduling, tracking, and analytics — automating workflows where possible to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent candidate experience. - Track and report recruiting metrics to keep the hiring team informed and identify opportunities to optimize the recruiting process. - Drive recruiting enablement, including maintaining documentation, helping with trainings, and fielding ad hoc requests. - Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling or process challenges and resolve them before they become blockers. - Contribute to team projects and initiatives, taking ownership and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
