• Own Workers’ Compensation business intelligence: work with data engineering to integrate and model WC data in Snowflake; build certified datasets, governed semantic models, and Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights for Workers’ Compensation. • Support WC program reporting across policy lifecycle, operational throughput (UW queues and productivity), and portfolio outcomes (frequency/severity, loss ratios). Align metric definitions with business glossary and work with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy. • Drive advanced analytics: apply data mining techniques to policy, claims, and exposure data to support predictive modeling and trend analysis. • Enable self-service analytics by coaching stakeholders and managing workspace standards. • Collaborate with senior management to align BI solutions with strategic objectives and influence data strategy decisions. • Champion data governance and metric consistency, ensuring clear definitions and compliance with enterprise standards. • Mentor and develop junior BI analysts, fostering best practices in data modeling, visualization, and governance.
