YOUR POSITION: FULL STACK ENGINEER YOUR ROLE: We are looking for a solution-focused person, who is a great communicator and a team player. Your role is to participate in product and platform development - work closely with the revolving credit product team to develop new features, frameworks and detailed application designs on core architecture of the company’s backend system and develop and maintain scalable software solutions and high-quality web platforms that are built up automation in mind. YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: - Designing and coding our backend and frontend systems. - Solving technical challenges and fixing bugs. - Follow and maintain coding standards and best practices. - Conduct functionality testing and write automated tests.. - Define and document technical solutions and best practices. Requirements - Extensive experience with modern PHP, with the ability to leverage the strengths of the language. - Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. - You have a strong passion for technology and love to code. - You have worked with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL before. - You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup. - Proven ownership mindset—taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and driving solutions forward. • Provide independent oversight, challenge, and strategic guidance to management and fellow Board Members. • Active role in overseeing strategy, financial performance, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer protection.

• Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Investments & Funding domain. • Identify growth opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. • Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives. • Lead products through the entire lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and optimisation. • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Prioritise initiatives based on customer impact, business value, risk, and effort. • Drive fast experimentation and data-driven decision-making. • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, motivations, and pain points. • Build products that reduce financial anxiety and help customers achieve their financial goals. • Stay informed about market developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends in investments, savings, and digital finance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver product initiatives. • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organisation. • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Investments & Funding product area. • Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.

• Establish, lead and scale high-performing IT and security teams. • Define and execute the company’s IT and technology strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations. • Ensure compliance with Finansinspektionen regulations, DORA, GDPR, EBA Guidelines on ICT and security risk management, and Swedish cybersecurity requirements. • Lead IT governance, information security, infrastructure, and software development functions as they grow. • Own IT budgeting, procurement, cost optimization and technology investment planning. • Oversee cybersecurity strategy, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. • Ensure strong controls around outsourcing, cloud services, and third-party vendor management. • Manage IT audits, regulatory inspections, and remediation activities. • Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives. • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams to maintain a secure and compliant technology environment. • Develop and maintain data governance and information security frameworks. • Build and operate foundational IT processes, tooling and controls. • Select, negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors, cloud providers and software partners. • Initially run day-to-day IT operations including end-user support, device management, SaaS administration and workplace IT.

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that serve as the primary reporting layer for finance, risk, and product teams. • Write efficient, well-structured SQL queries against Snowflake to extract, validate, and shape data for reporting and ad-hoc analysis. • Design and implement scalable semantic data models in Power BI including DAX measures, star-schema structures, and calculated tables. • Build and manage data transformation logic using dbt, collaborating with the data engineering team to ensure the right data is available. • Partner with finance, risk, and product stakeholders to translate business questions into well-defined reporting requirements. • Own data validation and quality checks across your reporting surfaces. • Contribute to metric governance: documenting definitions, business logic, and calculation methodology.
