Role Description - Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest. - Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. - Utilize sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and communication. - Stay informed on industry trends and innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. - Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred. - Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors. - Strong competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and ATS platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Comfortable working U.S. hours.
