Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience working hands-on as a Software Engineer in an agile environment
- Expertise in object-oriented Java development (mandatory)
- Proficiency in React development (mandatory)
- Experience with automated testing (mandatory)
- Experience with evolutionary design
- Proficiency working in a CI/CD environment
- Ability to isolate and address performance problems
- Preferred: Knowledge of Spring application development
- Preferred: Proficiency in team leadership
- Preferred: Experience with Extreme Programming practices and principles
- Preferred: Working knowledge of cloud architecture and 12-factor applications
- Preferred: Understanding of continuous improvement
- Preferred: Experience leveraging AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality
- Fluent in English (80% mandatory)
