Senior Product Manager, Compliance

• Partner with product leadership to define and execute the compliance product strategy and roadmap. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver new capabilities that address evolving regulatory and customer needs. Lead customer discovery efforts to understand compliance workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, and translate insights into clear product priorities. • Own product lifecycle activities from problem discovery through launch, including requirements definition, backlog refinement, and acceptance testing. Support analyst engagements, sales enablement, and customer success by clearly articulating product vision, value, and roadmap direction. • Act as a connective layer between customers and internal teams, ensuring solutions are usable, compliant, and deliver meaningful business impact. • Champion continuous improvement through feedback loops, metrics, and iterative product delivery. • Drive adoption of AI across the product development lifecycle, leveraging tools such as Claude Code, Replit, and Loveable to rapidly prototype ideas, validate concepts, and accelerate time-to-value. • Explore and define agentic capabilities within the compliance domain, including opportunities to automate workflows, assist with regulatory interpretation, and enhance user productivity through AI-driven experiences.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or GRC-related domains (Audit, Risk, Compliance, or adjacent areas).
  • Strong knowledge of the compliance landscape, with familiarity working with or building products aligned to requirements from regulators such as the NIST, FDIC, CFPB, FERC, SEC, OCC, FINRA, and state-level or industry-specific regulatory bodies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and customer-driven product development.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable product capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience adopting AI tools to enhance product development, including rapid prototyping, research, and customer validation.
  • Familiarity with modern AI-assisted workflows (e.g., using tools like Claude Code or Replit) to quickly test ideas, build prototypes, and iterate on solutions.
  • Strong interest in or experience with agentic systems and AI-driven product experiences, particularly in automating complex workflows or decision-making processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy
