• Partner closely with Design and Engineering teams to define and deliver patient product features across the web and mobile apps. • Drive features from the ground up, and fundamentally identify key user challenges and the corresponding solutions using product analytics, user research, and support signals. • Define the product strategy alongside the Director of Product, own the prioritization and delivery of roadmap initiatives. • Collaborate with Design to create and deliver user experiences that empower our users with their health story. • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to align customer projects with patient value and product vision. • Communicate progress, insights, and tradeoffs effectively to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Own our user support process, ensuring every user gets a fast, clear, and thoughtful resolution to their issues or feedback. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve urgent user issues, bugs, and blockers. • Collaborate with the Commercial team to deliver a seamless and supported experience for users participating in registries or research. • Identify recurring pain points and collaborate with Product to drive product improvements based on real user insights. • Create and refine support resources and workflows to make our operations more efficient. • Capture and organize all user feedback to help deepen our understanding of user needs. • Contribute to patient facing communications, FAQs and documentation based on deep understanding of patient perspective. • Help test new features and ensure smooth communication with users when product changes roll out. • Gain a deeper understanding of consumer healthcare and health data interoperability.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ engineers across varying levels of seniority • Own end-to-end delivery of the patient-facing product, from scoping and architecture to deployment and maintenance • Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to refine requirements, challenge assumptions, and ensure technical feasibility • Drive engineering excellence through code review culture, testing standards, observability, and thoughtful system design • Contribute hands-on where needed — reviewing PRs, unblocking engineers, and occasionally writing code • Recruit, interview, and onboard strong engineering talent as the team grows • Create a team environment where engineers are motivated, challenged, and set up to do the best work of their careers • Surface engineering risks, trade-offs, and capacity constraints clearly to leadership

• Own and evolve our React Native application across both iOS and Android platforms • Build intuitive, performant, and accessible UI components and patient-facing features that make complex health data easy to understand and act on • Collaborate closely with backend, design, and web frontend teams to deliver seamless, data-rich user experiences • Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance • Integrate Graphql APIs and real-time data streams to keep patient health records current and responsive • Implement best practices for mobile performance, offline support, and secure handling of sensitive health data • Instrument the app with observability tooling — crash reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring — to surface insights and enable rapid iteration • Work closely with product owners and designers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces • Stay current with the React Native ecosystem, mobile platform changes, and trends in healthcare UX

• Design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. • Build and maintain dbt models to support customer projects and internal decision making. • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data products are research-ready and aligned with customer needs • Implement and manage data instrumentation and product analytics tooling (e.g. Mixpanel) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting • Identify opportunities for optimizing data workflows and proactively address technical debt. • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams to translate business and client needs into reliable, scalable data solutions
