Senior Business Development Representative, Outbound – EMEA

• Representing the Rasa brand and providing an exceptional experience for our prospects. • Researching accounts, identifying leads, and tenaciously qualifying new opportunities. • Consistently maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social. • Accurately tracking interactions and pipeline generation information in Salesforce. • Evangelizing Rasa’s platform, mission, and vision. • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and demand generation to optimize the sales funnel and build our sales pipeline efficiently. • Consistently exceeding quota targets.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years in a SaaS SDR or BDR role, ideally targeting enterprise buyers.
- Knowledge, experience and/or passion of open source, machine learning, and AI assistants.
- Experience successfully interacting with executives in Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience with prospecting tools like Salesforce and Linkedin.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
- Have a bias towards action.
- Sincere customer empathy and genuinely care about solving others’ problems.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Active prospecting of new clients in France via phone and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings • Identification of priority targets: local authorities, healthcare institutions, universities, associations, private companies subject to RGAA (French accessibility standard) or the EAA (European Accessibility Act) • First contact with decision-makers (IT Directors/CIOs, CEOs/General Managers, compliance officers, digital project managers) • Lead qualification • Data entry and follow-up in the CRM (HubSpot) • Work from targeted prospect lists, personalizing outreach based on each organization’s accessibility statement

Role Description This is a Remote Position. The role requires approximately 50-75% travel, which may include occasional visits to Oilgear facilities, customer locations, or other sites to support business needs such as training, meetings, technical collaboration, onboarding, or other operational requirements. Travel schedules will vary based on customer demand and business needs. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Oilgear’s presence in the natural gas, nuclear, and oil and gas production markets. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding market trends, driving new product development, and aligning customer needs with the company’s current and future products and services. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-driven, highly motivated, and skilled in both strategic planning and execution.
