• Active prospecting of new clients in France via phone and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings • Identification of priority targets: local authorities, healthcare institutions, universities, associations, private companies subject to RGAA (French accessibility standard) or the EAA (European Accessibility Act) • First contact with decision-makers (IT Directors/CIOs, CEOs/General Managers, compliance officers, digital project managers) • Lead qualification • Data entry and follow-up in the CRM (HubSpot) • Work from targeted prospect lists, personalizing outreach based on each organization’s accessibility statement

Job Requirements

  • Fluent French; professional working proficiency in English preferred
  • Ideally 1–3 years of experience in B2B prospecting (SDR, teleprospecting, business development)
  • Comfortable on the phone and using LinkedIn
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with contacts

Role Description This is a Remote Position. The role requires approximately 50-75% travel, which may include occasional visits to Oilgear facilities, customer locations, or other sites to support business needs such as training, meetings, technical collaboration, onboarding, or other operational requirements. Travel schedules will vary based on customer demand and business needs. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Oilgear’s presence in the natural gas, nuclear, and oil and gas production markets. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding market trends, driving new product development, and aligning customer needs with the company’s current and future products and services.
