Senior Manager, Business Development

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through high-volume, targeted outbound prospecting across phone, email, and direct outreach • Identify, research, and qualify property management companies and multifamily ownership groups as prospective clients for RentSure's renters insurance compliance platform • Leverage industry data platforms such as CoStar and ALN Apartment Data to build accurate, segmented prospect lists and inform outreach strategy • Manage all prospect activity, pipeline stages, and outreach cadences inside HubSpot CRM — maintaining accurate, real-time records of all contacts, accounts, and interactions • Book qualified discovery calls and meetings for the RentSure sales team • Collaborate with the CRO and Account Executives to continuously refine messaging, targeting criteria, and qualification standards based on market feedback • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the multifamily industry, RentSure's value proposition, and the competitive landscape in order to engage prospects credibly and consultatively • Develop outreach templates, prospecting frameworks, and HubSpot workflows that drive repeatable, scalable results • Mentor, onboard, and lead junior Business Development staff as the team scales • Provide regular pipeline reporting and activity metrics to the CRO
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related outbound sales role
- Experience in multifamily real estate, property management, or proptech strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent pipeline generation and meeting/quota attainment
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or comparable sales technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed, high-activity mindset with the ability to operate independently and lead others

Role Description As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.
