Role Description Responsible for coordinating the processing of mortgage loans from application to closing. Performs other projects and duties as assigned. - Conduct verification of employment and deposits. - Order and review all documentation including, but not limited to, credit reports, appraisals, surveys, title commitments. - Notifies Underwriter of irregularities relative to standard Underwriting Guidelines in a timely manner. - Follow up to ensure the Bank obtains original fire and flood insurance. Qualifications - Complete knowledge of secondary market investor product, programs and underwriting requirements. - Proficient in using loan origination systems. - Intermediate computer proficiency. - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products. - Knowledge of Mortgage Banking compliance policies and procedures. - Driven to meet and exceed established targets. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Requirements - 3 or more years prior Mortgage loan processing experience, preferably in a Retail Banking environment. - High school diploma or GED required. - Bachelor’s degree preferred. Role Description As an Account Manager – Metal at ADDMAN Engineering, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for ADDMAN’s Precision Machining commercial business across all of the ADDMAN Precision facilities. This role serves as the primary business development lead for precision machining, focused on generating new opportunities, growing orders with existing customers, and expanding ADDMAN’s footprint within targeted commercial, aerospace, and industrial markets. The Business Manager will work closely with Program Managers, Operations, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align customer demand with manufacturing capabilities, ensuring profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships. This role balances strategic market development with hands-on customer engagement to deliver sustained revenue and backlog growth. Note: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); U.S. person status is required.
