ACEP Support Representative

As an ACEP Support Representative, you will be responsible for: - Answering incoming RSVP phone calls for one of our premier lead sources known as advertised community education events. - Interacting with potential customers and maintaining the RSVP process to ensure that these events run smoothly. This role requires someone with: - Customer service skills - Strong work ethic - An upbeat and positive attitude - The ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat, etc.) This position is for the late shift on the team which will require maintaining a schedule that accommodates our west-coast clients, with a 9 or 10am PST start time. Applicants in the Pacific or Mountain time zones are preferred.
