Role Description Online Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis. They are responsible for creating an online learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of the provided single version primary course. Courses are taught completely online in primarily 8-week (rarely 16-week) format. In compliance with the College’s Out of State Workers Policy, only candidates who will reside in and work from the states of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio will be considered for this position.
