• Perform hands-on technical inventory of tools across environments • Conduct integration mapping (GitHub, Jira, qTest, CI/CD dependencies) • Support identity and access architecture (AD/Entra, SSO, user provisioning) • Assess migration complexity and contribute to risk register and SOW inputs • Support migration and consolidation of tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, qTest, Informatica, NeoLoad, and BrowserStack • Configure and validate integrations, CI/CD workflows, and automation setups • Support bulk user provisioning and per-tool entitlements • Prepare technical documentation (inventory, migration runbooks, decommission artifacts) • Support hypercare activities and system stabilization post-migration
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise — repository administration, GitHub Actions, secrets management, and runner configuration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines — Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions; pipeline-as-code patterns
- Experience in enterprise tool migration or consolidation (not just greenfield implementation)
- Experience with identity and access — Active Directory / Entra provisioning, SSO configuration, RBAC per tool
- Ability to produce technical documentation — inventory reports, migration runbooks, decommission artifacts
- Strong written and verbal English skills, with daily stakeholder communication and reporting

Middle Site Reliability Engineer – CDN, DevOps
