Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience, or a combination thereof. - Design background and formal training or related highly preferred. - 2 years of professional design experience. - Event or theatrical experience highly preferred. - Strong understanding of consumer brand marketing or brand building. - Creative, open-minded temperament. - Experience using space planning technology such as CAD or Social Tables. - Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Able to effectively manage and handle multiple diverse tasks simultaneously, while remaining detail oriented in a fast-paced environment. - Proven ability to work and lead in a team environment. - Ability to work evenings and weekend hours as business needs dictate. This is a hands-on role for someone 1-4 years into their career who loves logistics, thrives in fast-paced environments, and gets a kick out of pulling off a great event. You'll partner closely with sales, marketing, and product to turn booth space and badge scans into meetings, opportunities, and closed revenue.
