Role Description We are looking for an Androlabs Regional Account Manager to build relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, physicians etc.) across Levante; with an ultimate view of reducing the life expectancy gap for men in Spain. This role is ideal for someone who is commercial, curious, and committed to doing things differently in pharma—combining sales performance with meaningful, relationship-driven work. Efforts will initially focus on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy), but the role will expand as our portfolio of treatments grows. This is a highly entrepreneurial role in an exciting, early-stage business where you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape the company’s trajectory. - Partnerships & Engagement: - Build, develop, and manage long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and KOLs. - Deliver high-quality, science-led product briefings and support. - Organise and facilitate HCP training events and follow-up engagements. - Support priority accounts with personalised touchpoints and timely responses. - Stay informed on therapeutic area developments and share insights with colleagues. - Represent Androlabs at conferences and congresses, building advocacy and awareness. - Sales Execution: - Execute Androlabs’ national and regional sales strategy to meet volume and engagement targets. - Support product uptake through activities such as formulary submissions, stakeholder education, and local campaigns. - Take ownership of territory planning and ensure efforts align with broader commercial goals. - CRM & Insight Management: - Maintain accurate records of all HCP interactions in our CRM system. - Qualify and respond quickly to inbound HCP enquiries. - Use CRM data to prioritise engagement and share on-the-ground insights with marketing and strategy teams. - Compliance & Best Practice: - Ensure all HCP engagements and promotional activity are fully compliant with applicable laws, codes, and internal policies. - Support audit preparation and assist in ensuring ethical and compliant sales operations. Qualifications - Proven experience promoting prescription medicines in Spain. - Excellent communication skills. - Good spoken and written English. - Commercially minded with a track record of delivering results. - Comfortable communicating with a range of healthcare professionals. - Self-starter with excellent organisational skills and a collaborative mindset. - Problem-solver with high attention to detail. - Someone who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. - Motivation to join an early stage, high-growth business. Requirements - Experience promoting hormone therapies (or Men's/Women’s Health prescription medicines). - Experience engaging with endocrinologists/andrologists.
