Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila) HR Help Center Coordinator Job Summary: - To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as HR Help Center. General Responsibilities: - Process associate's concerns and inquiries via HRIS Tool, HR Case Ticketing Tool and Telephone Platform - Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within agreed timeline for HRHC core tasks - Following the approved Local Work Instructions and Process Standards - Coordinate and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution within the agreed timeline of the inquiry - May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions in Help Center - Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time Basic Qualifications: - Educational Background: At least college graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course - Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience. - Has a knowledge and experience in HR Contact Center using Amazon Connect or any cloud contact system - Has a knowledge and experience in HRIS tool i.e Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft - Has a knowledge and experience in Case Ticketing Tools i.e Salesforce, Service Now, Siebel - Has a knowledge and experience in Gsuites - Must possess analytical skills and customer focus. - Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences - Must be flexible with working schedules, depending on business needs. - Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Qualifications - HR Certification - SPHR strongly preferred. - 7+ years of HR experience, including experience in compensation, employee relations, and benefit program management. - 2+ years of experience in salary benchmarking and internal equity auditing. - Compelling presentation skills required, with the ability to gain buy-in from all levels. - Familiarity with learning and talent development, HR Compliance, and HR administration trends. - Strong financial acumen and keen desire to understand the inner-workings of a business. - Able to create and maintain complex HR metric tracking programs, ideally with the assistance of augmented intelligence tools like Google Gemini. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills are essential. - Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations. Requirements - The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). - This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. - The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
