Role Description Are you an experienced Customer Service professional motivated by delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a confident and empathetic individual to assist homeowners with mortgage-related inquiries, issues, and solutions. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting our core values of empowerment and service excellence. Our next training class begins June 8, 2026. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment - Assist homeowners with routine and complex mortgage servicing inquiries - Explain processes related to escrow, taxes, and payment applications clearly and professionally - Utilize advanced telephony systems to manage and track customer interactions - Accurately document all customer communications in internal platforms - Resolve inquiries using sound judgment, data analysis, and established procedures - Identify root causes of issues and provide effective solutions - Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics - Escalate issues when appropriate and follow through to resolution - Represent the company by delivering service aligned with brand values and standards Qualifications - A genuine passion for helping others and delivering excellent service - Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers by phone - A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Commitment to consistently delivering a positive customer experience Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience (financial services or mortgage experience preferred) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications - Basic understanding of mortgage servicing concepts (escrow, taxes, payments) Benefits - Opportunity to work with a leading mortgage subservicing provider - Collaborative and inclusive company culture - Ongoing training and career development opportunities - Competitive compensation and benefits package
