• Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously. • Extensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions. • Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios. • Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes both the technical and functional solutions. • Experience in extending Oracle SaaS footprints with PaaS extensions. This involves designing solutions and writing specifications to create custom applications and integrating them with Oracle Cloud Applications. • Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. • Ability to lead, mentor, train, and guide an Oracle Cloud PLM applications team. • Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes. • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in solution design for PLM cloud implementations.
  • Expert level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.
  • Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) with a focus on Integration Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service.
  • Knowledgeable and experience with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).
  • Expert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of PLM solutions.
  • Experience in navigating the challenges of working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects.
  • Understanding of best practice product lifecycle management processes and/or new product development/introduction process requirements.
  • Expert level experience with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Applications:
  • Oracle Cloud Product Development
  • Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub
  • Oracle Cloud Innovation Management
  • Oracle Cloud Quality Management
  • Oracle Cloud Project Management
