Role Description Sizanid Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing the marketing team, and enhancing brand awareness across various channels. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing efforts and aligning them with our company goals. - Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients. - Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives. - Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, content marketing, and events. - Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing alignment and support sales growth. - Oversee marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships. - Monitor competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for growth.
