ICEO Peer Advisor

Role Description The ICEO Peer Advisor is accountable for owning the entire service delivery (including SMEs and other special resources) for their assigned ICEO client executives. These individuals are the primary advocate for their clients within the ICEO practice to ensure they have the resources and support needed to ensure a “next best testimonial” experience. This includes providing strategic thought partnership, guidance, and coaching through the search process, and helping bring to life the possibilities and accelerate the path to the next phase of their career. Key Accountabilities - Meeting each client where they are and understanding their unique needs - Delivering the crucial elements of a white-glove boutique experience in the areas of responsiveness, dedication to excellence, and concierge quality support - Serving as valued thought partner, trusted advisor and sounding board throughout engagement - Providing coaching around best practices in career transition such as personal branding and messaging, networking, executive search, interviewing, negotiating and new role onboarding - Mobilizing appropriate ICEO resources across the practice as the client’s advocate - Leveraging network of connections for the benefit of the client - Delivering insights on business and employment trends, industries, companies Qualifications - Over 15 years of experience in a functional, enterprise-wide, or substantial business unit leadership role in companies of substantial size at the C-2 or C-3 level (or in select circumstances consultative sales & delivery experience in management consulting or human resources management solutions focused on supporting top of the house leaders) - Strong background of coaching and/or mentoring and development, coupled with an entrepreneurial orientation and track record of personal integrity - Track record of creating strong professional and social relationships at senior management levels in organizations, such as CEO, CFO and COO as well as with key stakeholders - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Influence – Able to establish rapport and long-term relationships with senior level executives. Ability to identify client needs and compel decision makers to adopt an appropriate recommendation. Role Description Evidence Action is developing a Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) pilot in either Liberia or Cameroon, focused on providing technical assistance to health systems to increase KMC coverage, improve KMC initiation timing, and minimize mother-infant separation during hospitalization. The pilot will span a maximum of 12 months between pilot preparation, execution, and analysis and scale evaluation.
