• Provide leadership to our clients in order to streamline and improve business processes. • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Primavera Unifier to meet client requirements. • Conduct business process analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Unifier workflows. • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators on Unifier functionalities. • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Unifier solutions. • Assist in the integration of Unifier with P6 EPPM, Oracle Fusion), and other enterprise systems as needed. • Collaborate closely with clients to define and document business and functional requirements. • Develop reports, dashboards, and custom scripts, as necessary. • Stay up to date on industry trends, Unifier updates, and best practices.

• Analysis & consulting • Conducting workshops to capture and optimize asset and maintenance processes • Advising on best practices in the EAM/CMMS domain • Translating business requirements into functional system solutions • Configuring workflows, data structures, interfaces and reports in Ultimo • Owning implementation projects from analysis through go‑live • Managing multiple projects in parallel while meeting time, quality and budget targets • Training end users and key users • Close collaboration with product, support and consulting teams

• Own technical adoption for a portfolio of enterprise customers — onboarding, configuration, and integrating Rabbit into their GCP setup until they hit first measurable savings • Be the go-to technical contact when something breaks — investigate, debug, and fix issues across data anomalies, pipelines, and BigQuery cost questions • Advise customers on GCP cost strategy — BigQuery reservation models, slot management, billing mechanics — and how Rabbit fits in • Run technical Q&A, troubleshooting sessions, and hands-on workshops with customer teams • Relay field signal back to Product and Engineering — you’ll have more customer context than anyone, and the core team builds on what you surface • When the product genuinely can’t cover a customer need, build a custom solution to bridge the gap — but the goal is always to fold that need back into the platform, not to maintain bespoke one-offs

• Design and configure Workday Grants Management solutions • Apply deep expertise in the Workday Grants Management product across customer engagements • Partner with customers to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements • Configure Workday Grants Management to align with customer needs and operational realities • Document solution decisions clearly so customers can support and sustain their environment after go-live • Support data conversion, integrations, and testing • Drive project execution and stakeholder alignment • Help customers prepare for and navigate key implementation milestones, from design through testing and deployment • Mentor consultants who are newer to Grants Management • Participate in updating training and knowledge-sharing opportunities that strengthen team capability
