Join our Team About this opportunity: We are excited to announce an opening for a Planning and Engineering role at Ericsson. This crucial position is accountable for managing the comprehensive coordination, execution and project management of key operations such as long and medium-term resource planning, product lifecycle management, and network performance and capacity management. In this role, you will also be enacting post-incident analysis as part of problem management. What you will do:- Orchestrate the long and medium-term planning and design of services and resources, striving to ensure the most cost-effective design and keeping aligned with Ericsson strategies.- Perform short-term planning and engineering, being responsible for the detailed design of new or enhanced services and ensuring they meet the project requirements.- Handle post-incident analysis as part of the problem management process, also approving any changes that affect the network or service topology.- Manage network performance and capacity, ensuring adequate performance and capacity to meet business requirements and growth projections.- Support incident restoration and problem management.- Initiate infrastructure optimization and carry out capacity and performance trend analysis.
