• Produce bulk static and animated GIF assets for META paid campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) • Work directly with the Growth Manager to receive, interpret and deliver on creative briefs • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all output including fonts, asset preferences, brand colours and overall tone • Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate production without compromising quality • Resize, adapt and repurpose assets across multiple ad formats and placements • Manage multiple concurrent asset batches and meet tight turnaround times • Flag inconsistencies or brand conflicts proactively before delivery • Participate in feedback loops and iterate quickly based on direction

• Execute outreach to beauty and skincare influencers/KOLs (micro to mid-tier) as directed. • Handle day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and relationship management with existing creators. • Coordinate gifting, seeding, and paid collaboration deliveries. • Track deliverables, chase content submissions, and manage approval workflows. • Proactively reach out to potential users and creators for UGC opportunities via DMs, email, and forms. • Send content briefs and requirements to selected creators. • Maintain an organised library of approved UGC for the team’s use in ads and social content. • Handle logistics such as tracking shipments, contracts, and invoicing follow-ups.
