- Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of social media policies, format specifics, and audience behavior on each platform.
- Experience with TikTok: editing, trends, captions/headlines, and organic growth.
- Analytical mindset — not only creative but data-oriented.
- High stress tolerance, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian.
- Experience in viral or influencer marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of UGC (user-generated content) trends and the creator economy is a plus.
- Ability to rapidly create and scale content is a plus.
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, gaming, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills (English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher is an advantage).
