• This FM Transformation Analyst will work in Guidehouse’s Financial Management (FM) practice supporting Department of War clients. • You will support initiatives that transform core financial management functions and operations. • Our finance transformation consultants help our clients across the Department of War optimize all elements of their technical data structures and automations by transforming business processes and enhancing the efficiency of technical data operations. • This role focuses on driving finance and accounting excellence through leveraging technology solutions to deliver actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, enable auditability, and modernize financial processes in alignment with federal standards.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ONE (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Logistics or Business Management.
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance (would be nice to have).
  • Advanced degree, Databricks, PowerBI, Azure, AWS or other data engineering-related certifications (would be nice to have).
  • Experience with Army financial systems, such as ADVANA, GFEBS, and LMP (would be nice to have).
  • Prior experience supporting federal audit readiness or CFO functions within DoW or similar agencies (would be nice to have).
  • Experience with data analytics, automation, and AI tools (would be nice to have).
  • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik), familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Databricks), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) (would be nice to have).
  • Strong Core Technological Skills in: Python, SQL, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, and PowerBI (would be nice to have).
  • Experience with ETL pipelines, integration of data sources, and big data processing (would be nice to have).
  • Experience refactoring and optimizing legacy code (would be nice to have).
  • Strong communication and ability to synthesize complex information and deliver high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments (would be nice to have).

The ideal candidate will contribute to the preparation and review of legal documents, provide insightful analysis to support legal decision-making, and optimize legal processes, data management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
