This requires the successful coordination of central, local, and external resources to maximize positive brand perception. - Act as a local spokesperson for any communication opportunity vetted by central communication. - Ensure that Global communications of TuneCore are translated into local language and adapted to the local level of service. - Identify joint communication opportunities with Believe: Social content, Events, Partnerships, website messaging and redirections. - Supervise TuneCore Showcases events (Line-up, budget, key stakeholders invitation, media coverage). - Optimize TuneCore synergy with Believe: - Lead the internal monitoring & transfers of artists within Believe eco-system. - Use the internal tools to drive the opportunities of transfers during the weekly cross-team sourcing meetings. - Constantly identify and categorize the high-potential artists of the local community. - Ensure seamless communication between LAS, AS and TuneCore team, keeping both teams abreast and aligned on high potential artists updates and TuneCore news, features and events. - Assist the Catalog acquisition team: - Organize calls with the artists/producers identified by the catalog acquisition team criteria to make the introduction and educate on the value of this offer. - Share data on potential ad-hoc large catalog acquisition opportunities within TuneCore. - Seize portfolio opportunities. - Partner with Believe LAS teams to identify the valuable clients within the terminated contracts of this department, build and market an offer to transfer the relevant contracts from Believe to TuneCore. - Ensure the local version of the website is tailored for the French audience: - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams on website localization, including translations, pricing, payment methods, and market-specific product offerings, to meet local market needs and enhance conversion rates. - Develop concise reports and presentations summarizing findings and offering clear recommendations for the Head of Europe. Qualifications - Minimum 6 years of experience in the music industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role. - Demonstrated experience owning a budget, financial forecasting, and delivering ROI on local initiatives. - A track record of scaling digital businesses through a mix of performance marketing and organic brand building. - An established, high-level network within the French music ecosystem (Top-tier managers, artists, lawyers, independent labels, and DSP). - Deeply knowledgeable about current market trends, cultural shifts, and a genuine passion for music. - Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable growth strategies. Familiarity with BI tools and advanced performance analytics. - Experience collaborating with Product teams to adapt global platforms for local market nuances. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, suitable for acting as a brand representative during press interviews, industry panels, and networking events. - Full professional fluency in French and English is mandatory.
