Role Description En Personal Pay estamos sumando un/una Product Analyst con conocimiento de productos financieros y ganas de dejar huella en la transformación financiera del país. Buscamos protagonistas que se animen a: - Definir y documentar casos de uso, historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y casos de prueba, asegurando que los entregables cumplan con el valor esperado. - Documentar y relevar procesos críticos transversales al producto. - Colaborar con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio (riesgo, compliance, partners externos) para garantizar la viabilidad, escalabilidad y cumplimiento regulatorio de las soluciones. - Acompañar al Product Owner en la definición y priorización del backlog de iniciativas. - Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los productos de préstamos. - Trabajar junto al equipo de UX para diseñar experiencias excepcionales para el usuario. - Monitorear KPIs clave para medir el éxito y detectar mejoras continuas. - Realizar el seguimiento operativo del producto: monitoreo de casos e incidencias, detección de inconsistencias funcionales y coordinación con los equipos para su resolución. - Dar visibilidad de estado y avance de resolución de las distintas iniciativas. - Análisis de causa raíz de incidentes funcionales. Qualifications - 2 a 3 años de experiencia en roles similares: Product Analyst, Business Analyst o Desarrollo de Producto en equipos ágiles y con manejo de AI. - Capacidad analítica, manejo de métricas y herramientas de IA (Google Analytics, SQL, BigQuery - data-driven, excluyente). - Experiencia en pagos, fintech, banca digital o productos financieros (deseable). As a Senior Actuarial Analyst on our high performance Actuarial Pricing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies for UnitedHealthcare's Large Group Stop Loss products.
