• Create and enforce industry-standard processes to lead event production in a streamlined and efficient manner • Large trade shows with custom booths - attended by over 100k pros and corporate partners with the goal of driving sales and building brand awareness • Small partner events and conventions with the goals of retaining current partners and driving new sales • Mid-sized conventions with the goal of network penetration while building positive brand awareness and consideration • Build a transparent B2B event production budget in collaboration with the Sales team. Own day-to-day budget management across 40+ events throughout the year • Maintain strong vendor relationships while bringing new contacts, ideas, etc to further ladder B2B events into overarching brand work • Manage sourcing pros from the Angi network to support marketing shoots and efforts across all channels while building processes to simplify and streamline this workflow • Lead and document the end to end lifecycle of our annual award from Angi to pros called the Super Service Award. This annual project works across multiple departments and is a key driver of brand love from pros for over 25 years. • Ad hoc brand production work including management of social campaigns, TV campaign production support, paid social production, etc. • Excited to tackle the work with a collaborative team everyday. :)

• Plan and execute Arize’s flagship events, including Observe, our AI engineering conference. • Own the full lifecycle of corporate and branded events—from concept to execution to post-event analysis. • Design and run brand experience events across the Bay Area. • Create experiences that resonate with AI engineers, developers, and technical leaders. • Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendors, budgets, timelines, and operations. • Partner closely with marketing, developer relations, product, and leadership teams. • Ensure events are executed seamlessly and at a high bar of quality. • Help build the Arize community through meetups, developer events, and workshops. • Develop programming that engages AI builders. • Track event performance and outcomes. • Use data and feedback to continuously improve the Arize event experience.

• Work alongside the Events Manager to plan and deliver a growing calendar of Open Home Foundation events, including support with logistics (end-to-end venue and vendor sourcing, travel and accommodation arrangements, signage, etc) and budget tracking. • Support the Events Manager and Community Lead in identifying opportunities to involve community members, contributors, and partners in our events. Assist them in gathering and collecting feedback from attendees and contribute to both the development of our events’ identity and to the creation of a warm, inclusive and community-first environment. • Support the planning and delivery (including technical set-up) of online community events including virtual meetups, live streams, AMAs, and panel sessions, as well as hybrid remote/in-person events. • Work with the Community team to promote events across community channels including forums, Discord, social media, and newsletters. This will include event communication (save the date, registration pages) and event content (programs, speaker briefings). • Maintain clear records of event activity, cost and outcomes. Track and report on key event metrics including attendance, engagement, satisfaction scores, and geographic reach.
