Qualifications - Current licensure as a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner (U.S.) - Five or more years of experience in oncology or palliative care (preferred) - Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a dynamic virtual environment - Strong communication skills and exceptional ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues - Highly compassionate, patient-centered approach to care - Private, HIPAA-compliant residential workspace for telehealth visits - High-functioning personal computer with webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and smartphone - Comfort using cloud-based tools including G-Suite, electronic medical records, and VOIP systems - Solid understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality requirements Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations for new patients, identifying unmet needs, goals, and limitations. - Develop and support individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team. - Provide education to patients and referring clinicians on survivorship-focused care. - Support and guide interdisciplinary team members in patient treatment planning. - Communicate with patients' oncology teams and primary care providers as appropriate. - Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care via a secure telehealth platform. • Work alongside the Events Manager to plan and deliver a growing calendar of Open Home Foundation events, including support with logistics (end-to-end venue and vendor sourcing, travel and accommodation arrangements, signage, etc) and budget tracking. • Support the Events Manager and Community Lead in identifying opportunities to involve community members, contributors, and partners in our events. Assist them in gathering and collecting feedback from attendees and contribute to both the development of our events’ identity and to the creation of a warm, inclusive and community-first environment. • Support the planning and delivery (including technical set-up) of online community events including virtual meetups, live streams, AMAs, and panel sessions, as well as hybrid remote/in-person events. • Work with the Community team to promote events across community channels including forums, Discord, social media, and newsletters. This will include event communication (save the date, registration pages) and event content (programs, speaker briefings). • Maintain clear records of event activity, cost and outcomes. Track and report on key event metrics including attendance, engagement, satisfaction scores, and geographic reach.

• Plan and execute a comprehensive calendar of Dandy-hosted events, including dinners, networking events, and educational workshops to drive new customer acquisition. • Create scalable operational frameworks for end-to-end event logistics, including pre-event marketing, guest list management, onsite execution, and post-event follow up. • Proactively identify and negotiate high-impact sponsorships with dental associations nationwide, serving as the primary strategic lead for external relationship management. • Own field event performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights that refine future planning and drive continuous improvement in program efficiency. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to align on event goals and prepare onsite teams for successful customer and prospect engagement. • Provide management and professional mentorship to a direct report, fostering individual growth and creating standardized workflows that allow the events function to scale with the company. • Travel to events for onsite execution and support.
