Creative Design & Multimedia Specialist

Role Description You will be part of a Global Team charged with creating and executing graphic design activities in alignment with our marketing and communication strategy. You will support the business through hands-on creative execution and practical creative advice. This role focuses primarily on graphic design in general and specifically for social media, corporate web platforms, events, and video editing. You will act as a trusted creative advisor, helping internal stakeholders understand what is feasible, effective, and aligned with brand standards. - Produce high quality graphic and visual content for social media posts, corporate website, and events. - Edit and adapt video content to support announcements, campaigns, and interviews of matter experts or company spokespersons. - Translate briefs and ideas into clear, engaging visual assets, proposing creative solutions when needed. - Advise business and communication partners on creative possibilities, limitations, and best formats. - Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines and visual standards. - Support visual updates and improvements of web and platforms. - Collaborate closely with marketing and communications colleagues, offering input while remaining execution focused. - Organize, maintain, and reuse creative assets efficiently. Qualifications - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or comparable practical experience. - Solid experience in graphic design and digital content production, ideally in a corporate environment. - Hands-on experience with video editing and visual storytelling. - A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas, new perspectives, and visual inspiration to the team. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: - Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing. - Adobe After Effects for basic video animation and motion graphics. - Adobe Express for short form videos and social media content. - Adobe XD and/or Figma for website layouts and digital design. - Experience working with web content builders such as WordPress Gutenberg and/or Elementor. - Very good knowledge of English. - Comfortable translating ideas and briefs into feasible, high quality creative output and advising on what can realistically be delivered. - Able to work independently after onboarding, while collaborating closely with the team. - Diplomatic and clear communicator when managing expectations with internal stakeholders. - Reliable, trustworthy, and detail oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. - A team player who values collaboration over personal visibility.
