You can go from idea to testable artefact in hours, not weeks. - You can hold a substantive conversation about how AI systems work — LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, model evaluation and trade-offs — without needing a translator. You do not need to build these systems yourself, but you need to understand them well enough to lead their design credibly and make real technical decisions alongside engineering. - You are passionate, self-motivated, and obsessed with quality. You are a problem solver and a team player, but you know when to take the initiative. You have high agency. You figure things out, and don’t wait for someone to unblock you. - You are flexible and adaptable, and thrive in fast paced environments. You have a keen appetite to deeply understand our customers and are driven to solve their problems. - You understand how to work as part of an empowered product team — engineers, designers and QA — and you know the difference between a coordination role and a leadership role.
