Corning
Role Description Reporting to the International Regional Senior Director of Sales & Sales Engineering, your primary responsibility will be to undertake sales and selling-related activities to deliver the company’s revenue growth objectives in your Territory and to drive commercial initiatives targeting customers. - Manage existing accounts and hunt for new accounts in the Territory. - Achieving sales targets and key strategic objectives. - Develop and execute sales strategies for major accounts. - Develop relationships, negotiate, and close sales with new and existing customers. - Organize demos, presentations, and trials, either remotely online or on-site. - Participate in trade shows and road shows. - Participate in the company’s regular sales calls/meetings to report on sales progress. - Follow standard procedures for sales activities such as reports, funnel updates, forecasting etc. Qualifications - Track record of success against quota. - Existing relationships with the wireless community. - Knowledge of the in-building market in the Territory with strong knowledge of DAS and Small Cell indoor/outdoor solutions. - Min. 5 years + experience in solutions sales focused on big Accounts in the Telecommunication market with special focus on Mobile Carrier service providers in the UK such as EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three. - Ability to lead a consultative sales cycle and to articulate business value to different target audience – C-Level executives, management, and technical decision-makers. - Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented. - Technical acumen with ability to present and sell technology products in a business context. - Experience and understanding of major wireless technologies such as 5G, LTE, Wifi, Tetra and IoT. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - Proficient in Power Point (creating presentations), Word, Excel, and Salesforce. - Team player with high integrity and strong leadership skills. - Superior presentation, communication, management, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. - Fluency in English is a must, and in other European languages a strong plus. - Flexibility to travel is a must (up to 25% of the time in total, ca. 15% outside of UK).
