About the role The primary purpose of this role is to Support Allianz Australia's Identity and Access Governance program by assisting with the implementation and maintenance of identity management controls and processes. - Identity Governance Support: - Assist in maintaining and improving Identity and Access Management controls, processes, and documentation. - Support the implementation of identity management capabilities including access reviews, role management, and user authentication processes. - Help document end-to-end identity governance requirements, processes, and procedures. - Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: - Work closely with the Cyber Trust team and IT colleagues to understand the operating environment. - Support business stakeholders in understanding identity governance requirements and processes. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements. - Liaise with IT and Security Operations teams to resolve identity and access-related issues. - Continuous Improvement: - Assist in identifying opportunities to improve identity governance processes and controls. - Support the development and maintenance of cyber policies, standards, and procedures. - Help gather and analyze data to support reporting on identity governance performance. - Participate in training and development activities to build identity management expertise. - Compliance and Reporting - Support the preparation of identity governance reports and metrics. - Help ensure identity processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. About you - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business, commerce, IT, or security discipline. Hold, working towards, or willing to obtain, a relevant professional certification such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, GSEC, CISA or equivalent. - Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various security technologies and their impacts and benefits (Identity and Access Management/ Cyber Security/ Cloud). - Brings solid knowledge of Cyber risk management principles and practical experience applying risk assessment and analysis methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes. - Analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions and ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making. - Outcome and customer focused with highly developed ‘first principles’ problem‑solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind‑set. - A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
