• Plan, participate, and lead various styles of audit programs. • Conduct/lead EHS compliance audits. • Conduct/lead process safety management and risk management program audits. • Conduct/lead supply chain due diligence/risk audits of various styles. • Conduct/lead waste receiving facility audits of various styles. • Lead development of permitting and EHS compliance strategies for client project development in various industries. • Coordinate for development and management of client EHS compliance programs for construction and operation of facilities in various industries. • Coordinate and oversee execution of EHS compliance tasks for clients in various industries. • Develop and deliver EHS training to clients in various industries. • Provide detailed regulatory interpretation of EHS laws and regulations to our clients and develop compliance strategies. • Maintain and communicate knowledge of current and emerging USEPA, OSHA, and state EHS regulatory requirements. • Develop effective business presentations and proposals for providing competitive, high-value EHS consulting services. • Build and maintain effective client relationships. • Grow existing business base through client outreach and professional relationships. • Provide mentoring, guidance, and coaching to new or less-experienced staff.

• Conduct audits according to IFS Food, Broker, Logistics, Wholesale/Cash & Carry and, where applicable, other standards in the food industry (FSSC, Organic, MSC/ASC, QS, Gluten-free, etc.), primarily in Germany and other European countries

• Perform audits to ensure compliance with Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool / Equipment requirements. • Document findings, prepare an improvement plan of action and partner with centers on mutually agreed upon next steps for achieving certification. • IF you have a training background – Deliver standup training to collision center and dealer personnel on a variety of collision and safety-related curriculum.

• Performs defined audit procedures to test internal controls and compliance with Company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. • Provides feedback and input during the planning phase of an audit on the scope of Internal Audit testing. • Coordinates audit activity and communicates status and results to the audit team. • Clearly and concisely documents audit test procedures and results. • Identifies, assesses and reports on exceptions to compliance with Company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines and weaknesses in internal controls. • Discusses audit results with management in both written and verbal formats and recommends corrective actions. • Develops ongoing positive relationships with business units, corporate management and audit team members. • Assists with the training and development of internal audit staff.
