Role Description We are seeking a smart, well-organized and highly motivated Senior Counsel, Commercial & Privacy to join our Legal Team in connection with contract negotiation, contact management and data privacy initiatives as well as assisting with and offering legal counsel and advice on a variety of other legal and governance matters. The candidate will report to the Head of Commercial and, with our existing commercial attorneys, be responsible for supporting the Company’s commercial legal requirements in the US, including managing and negotiating sales and sales-related agreements consisting of: - SaaS Master Services Agreements - Software license agreements - Non-disclosure agreements - Consulting agreements - Vendor/service provider agreements The candidate is also expected to have an interest in and a working knowledge of privacy rights and obligations (both domestically and abroad), and be a strong contributor to the company’s privacy and compliance initiatives. This is a 6-month full-time temporary position, covering for an employee on parental leave. The role is expected to start within the first 2 weeks of June, with an end date towards the end of 2026. This position is eligible for W-2 with Benefits provided. As a full-time salaried position, this role will pay between $87.50-$92.50/hour, plus bonus. Your job will be to: - Be a legal point of contact for the company’s customer and vendor contract needs - Structure, draft and negotiate a wide range of complex technology agreements - Advise on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals - Review, revise and negotiate a variety of other commercial and vendor agreements - Contribute to the development of, and assist in the revision of, standard form agreements - Participate in our standard contract administration policies and practices - Participate in and contribute to the company’s privacy initiatives - Work with and advise executives within the Company on a variety of legal and compliance issues - Provide legal support to Bloomreach’s internal stakeholders - Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the Company - Provide training to Company personnel on legal topics - Work with and manage outside counsel on a variety of legal matters Qualifications - J.D. and excellent academic credentials - Member in good standing of state bar association - 5-8 years of commercial transactional legal experience with emerging growth technology companies - Excellent drafting skills - Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues - Ability to be a self-starter - Ability to be flexible and efficiently balance legal risks and business concerns - Excellent business judgement and ability to think strategically - Excellent interpersonal skills; sense of humor required - Strong verbal and written communication skills - High integrity, good organizational skills - Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with the ability to work on complex tasks independently or collaboratively - Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment - Leader and team player comfortable working with a globally distributed team - Experience with global privacy regulations including CCPA and GDPR is a plus Benefits - Health care including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Flexible working hours - Virtual-first work environment with several Bloomreach Hubs available - Company events to experience the global spirit of the company - 5 paid days off to volunteer - Employee Assistance Program with counselors - Subscription to Calm - sleep and meditation app - ‘DisConnect’ days for additional time off each quarter - Extended parental leave up to 26 calendar weeks for Primary Caregivers - Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options based on role, seniority, and location - Participation in the company's performance bonus - Employee referral bonus of up to $3,000 - Celebration of work anniversaries

Role Description The Office of the Montana Solicitor General (“OSG”) seeks to hire a Deputy Solicitor General. As the chief litigator for the State of Montana, the Solicitor General oversees the State’s appellate litigation, with particular focus on the United States Supreme Court, Montana Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The Solicitor General also oversees the State’s offensive federal litigation against overreaching federal administration policies, as well as the State’s defense of federal constitutional challenges to Montana state laws. OSG positions involve significant litigation responsibility, including managing cases, drafting briefs, and presenting oral arguments. The OSG directly handles cases of complexity and public importance, and it also supervises the State’s robust amicus practice, routinely filing multistate amicus briefs in the United States Supreme Court and in the federal courts of appeal. The OSG also oversees high-stakes trial litigation and advises the Attorney General on high-profile legal issues. The Deputy Solicitor General reports directly to the Solicitor General and supervises assistant solicitors, fellows, and interns.
