• Develop insights and conduct analyses for the guest product side of the business • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and data science teams • Own data requirements, measurement and success metrics, reporting, and analyses for projects • Sync regularly with product and engineering partners to align on scope and timelines • Gather real-time feedback and ensure the team is making the right decisions for the guest experience • Design, build, and maintain a suite of self-service dashboards • Translate findings and recommendations into clear narratives for various stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of analytics or data science experience
  • Proven track record of conducting rigorous analyses end to end
  • Expert-level or very proficient in SQL for data analysis
  • Comfort and familiarity with Python
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing and experimental design)
  • Familiarity with dashboarding concepts and a clear understanding of what makes a successful dashboard
  • Experience working on software products and product surface areas
  • Strong product sense and understanding of the user experience journey
  • Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to make informed judgments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
