• serve as the primary architectural authority for our Salesforce ecosystem • lead the transition of our CRM strategy to an internal-led model • own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Core • design scalable integration patterns (API-led and event-driven) • lead hands-on development for complex components using Apex and LWC • architect robust integrations with external systems (ERP, POS, Data Platforms) • establish and manage DevOps processes, including versioning and automated deployment pipelines • partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps • provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of Salesforce experience
- experience in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL
- proven track record in designing enterprise-level, scalable Salesforce solutions and security models
- strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and OAuth 2.0
- knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines
- certifications: Platform Developer II; Application/System Architect highly preferred
- systems and business analysis skills, including delivery of high-quality technical specifications and process documentation
- consulting skills, including stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work
- excellent written and oral communication skills.
