This is a performance-driven role suited for someone who thrives in a startup environment and knows how to turn conversations into signed clients. Compensation Structure - Independent contractor role - Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission (10-15% of first month contract value per closed deal [~$150 per deal]) based on closed deals This role is not for you if… - You wait for direction instead of taking initiative - You rely on inbound leads or expect leads to be handed to you - You are uncomfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) - You need rigid structure or a step-by-step playbook to operate - You avoid rejection or struggle with consistent follow-ups - You prefer “safe” targets over aggressive growth goals - You operate within a fixed scope and resist adapting to business needs - You are not comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily (50–100+ dials) We need someone who… - Thinks like an owner and takes full responsibility for pipeline and results - Knows how to prospect, qualify, and close in a B2B services environment - Is comfortable building a book of business from zero - Understands the outsourcing/BPO space or can ramp up quickly - Can navigate conversations with founders, operators, and decision-makers - Moves fast, experiments, and refines messaging based on real market feedback - Balances persistence with professionalism in follow-ups - Brings structure where there is none and helps build scalable BD processes - Is energized by hitting targets and closing deals, not just setting meetings - Thrives in high-volume outbound environments, especially cold calling Work Schedule - Full-time - Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT - Time zone alignment to U.S. Central Time Responsibilities - Proactively source and generate qualified leads through outbound efforts including cold calling, cold email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach - Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects across target industries - Develop and refine outreach messaging, positioning, and value propositions - Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and move prospects through the sales funnel - Own follow-ups across all lead stages (cold, warm, and active opportunities) - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems - Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting, pricing strategy, and service positioning - Document outreach processes, learnings, and playbooks to support scalability - Track performance metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates - Close deals and contribute directly to revenue growth Qualifications - At least 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries - Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals through outbound efforts - Strong experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting - Comfortable handling objections and navigating complex sales conversations - Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms) - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven - Ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment - Strong organizational and follow-up skills Internet 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload Accessories Webcam Noise-canceling headset with mic Work set-up Professional/presentable background Quiet and distraction-free area
