Title and Summary Analyst, Business Improvement Overview Mastercard Services, the professional services arm of Mastercard Worldwide, provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, information and risk management services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. As part of Business Process Improvement Team, we manage the Procure to Pay process 3rd parties and for Contingent Workers on behalf of Services Advisors & Consulting Services, and Marketing Services. Role Description This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. The Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business operations, product management, and software development teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into software requirements and operational solutions. This role is responsible for supporting one or more Micro software products, including Accu-Trac and other business-critical platforms, by gathering requirements, documenting business workflows, supporting process improvements, and ensuring sprint-ready deliverables for development teams. This is a domain-focused role, with strong preference for candidates who possess direct cattle finishing feed yard operational experience and a working understanding of feed yard business processes, office operations, and customer workflows. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with product owners, development teams, customer stakeholders, and internal business teams to support solution design, documentation, and release readiness.
