Role Description We’re always looking for talented, high-performing, and passionate Board-Certified Telehealth Physicians (FM, IM, EM, etc.) to join our growing network of care through You Health Medical Groups. Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. The Hims & Hers Telemedicine team handles the business operations, allowing you to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care. Providers must reside in the continental US to access the Hims & Hers platform. - Deliver high-quality, synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication for patients as necessary. - Uphold unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform. - Provide clinical care for a variety of conditions, including sexual health, hair loss, and weight loss (depending on your specialty and experience). - Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training. Qualifications - Medical Degree (MD/DO). - Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Obesity Medicine, etc. - 1+ years of applicable experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training. - Actively licensed in AK, AR, KS, NM, OK, RI, VT, and/or WV. - Willingness to work more than 10+ hours per week is a strong plus. - Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. - Comfortable providing care synchronously via video. - Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients. - Caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. - Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion. Requirements - Please Note: You Health is not able to consider Board Eligible Physicians. Applicants must be Board Certified.
