• Provide leadership in legal affairs for markets and products, providing sound advice on federal and state securities, banking, and insurance laws and rules • Provide day-to-day legal, business, and strategic advice to internal markets-focused teams, addressing challenges and offering solutions in the development and implementation of groundbreaking Real-World Asset digital tokens and related financial products and services • Offer comprehensive legal guidance throughout the product life cycle, from conception through to launch, operation, and eventual sunset, aiding in both the construction and, when necessary, the dismantling of products • Remain up-to-date on existing and changing relevant digital assets, blockchain, securities, and technology laws and regulations to ensure compliance therewith • Develop and deliver both forward-looking and ad hoc guidance to the marketing and design teams regarding matters pertaining to the product lifecycle and other related initiatives. • Establish or continue to build strong and positive relationships with affiliates and other ecosystem players for effective product lifecycle

• Provide first-line client-centric legal support to our North America Sales teams on commercial and legal issues • Review and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, master services agreements, data processing agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and statements of work • Partner closely with Sales and Deal Desk stakeholders to understand the business objectives and hurdles, and drive strategic improvements • Work with internal technology teams to build AI-powered tools and processes to deliver business impact • Collaborate with other legal, compliance, and cross-functional groups to solve for the customer while effectively managing HubSpot’s risk

• Lead commercial legal support for EMEA customer relationships • Draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, and AI-related terms • Work directly with go-to-market teams to structure deals, balance risk, and enable efficient revenue growth across diverse jurisdictions • Serve as a key advisor on European data protection and privacy frameworks • Oversee elements of the company’s data protection compliance program • Monitor evolving AI and data regulations across the EU and UK and translate requirements into practical guidance • Contribute to building scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and self-service tools
