Senior Application Engineer

• Plan, review, and revise functional configuration, customizations, automation and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing, which includes running custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements • Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency • Research and resolve issues, design new workflows • Provide thought leadership in best practices and provide solutions • Maintain knowledge of the latest technology and software for integration to improve the process and user interaction with the systems • Lead new releases, test updates, and effectively roll out new features • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; ability to lead discovery interviews to understand business problems and desired outcomes • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Act as liaison with Third-Party Vendor Support • Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to users • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the ERP ecosystem • Provide reporting and partner with FP&A to deliver insights, improve data integrity, and streamline financial analysis • Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) execution across billing, payments, and revenue operations

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial processes
  • Minimum of three to five (3-5) years working with NetSuite, including experience in customizing, business operations, systems development, business systems interaction and integration, and hands-on support
  • Direct experience with supporting and integrating NetSuite with Business Applications
  • Strong knowledge of application integration technologies and using APIs
  • Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas
  • NetSuite Certifications; BS. in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent planning and project management skills; ability to effectively handle priorities to meet requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while working on different projects simultaneously
