Marine Application Engineer

• Investigate and resolve integration and installation issues, owning problem resolution and documenting outcomes. • Apply and continuously improve installation and integration processes (e.g., IQA, OEM integration, product selection). • Use engineering tools and systems (Advisor, COLS, GCE) to support accurate, high‑quality technical decisions. • Collaborate and negotiate with SMEs and VPI teams to deliver product data and installation requirements. • Make product selection, design, and integration decisions affecting OEM performance, quality, and optimization. • Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, managing specifications, changes, and issue resolution. • Translate customer needs and voice of the customer into functional product and system requirements. • Ensure correct product application and installation by validating prototypes and installation quality.
Job Requirements
- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
- Post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Entry level/Early career professional. Preferred candidates would have relevant experience working in either a temporary student employment environment (intern, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities) or as an early career professional in a relevant technical discipline area. Knowledge of MS Office tools is also preferred.

Role Description We are seeking an Applications Specialist of Solid Round and Insert Cutting Tools. A successful representative is responsible for account management and generating new opportunities for the organization.
