Senior Analyst, Fleet Compliance

GXO Logistics

Role Description At GXO Logistics, we believe that positive financial results are what fuel our growth and keep us at the top of our industry. As the Senior Analyst, Fleet Compliance you will support operation groups with regulatory compliance (licensing and permits) for commercial tractor and trailer fleets. You will work with all applicable Federal, state and local agencies in U.S. and Canada regarding compliance issues and provide information and support to various internal and external partners. This is an opportunity for you to roll up your sleeves and grow as a professional, ensuring a bright future for yourself and GXO. What you’ll do on a typical day: - Provide elevated support to the fleet team, ensuring all aspects of FMCSA compliance are met at the highest level. - Knowledge and ability to conduct fleet accidents and administer proper follow-up. - Maintain, coordinate and communicate fleet processes and procedures. - Review, administer, maintain and ensure compliance with company policies and various state and federal regulations. - Review, research, develop and communicate fleet programs and solutions initiatives; develop action plans as necessary. - Lead safety meetings, training and continuing education. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 5 years of fleet (tractor trailer and straight truck) management experience. - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment. - Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed. - Ability to travel 15% - 20% of the time. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience. - Solid time and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads. - Understanding of industry-related state and federal rules and regulations.
