Role Description The Creative Marketing Intern will support the Brand Marketing team by helping manage a variety of creative projects, from day-to-day design requests to larger campaign initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how creative work is developed and delivered in a fast-paced business environment. This internship offers hands-on experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and internal stakeholders while building valuable project coordination and production skills. This is a part-time internship (up to 30 hours per week) for Summer 2026. What You Will Do - Support creative projects from intake to delivery, helping track timelines, next steps, and approvals. - Manage a queue of daily/ongoing creative requests, ensuring clear communication and timely coordination. - Assist producers and creative leads with larger campaign productions, including planning support, task tracking, and status updates. - Help ensure projects progress on time and within SOW by flagging risks, dependencies, and changes as they arise. - Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups to keep workstreams moving and stakeholders aligned. - Maintain organization of project files, versions, and assets to support smooth collaboration and handoffs. - Partner cross-functionally with professionalism and a service-minded attitude and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications - High school diploma required and currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Production, Film/Media, Project Management, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. - Proactive and collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and contribute. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. - A strong commitment to company mission and values. - The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.
